DELIVERY & RETURNS

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA :
Shipping to anywhere in India is free of cost. Orders in big cites of direct connectivity are delivered in 2-3 days. For smaller cities and remote areas we keep an allowance of 5 days as a promise. We use sustainability in our production & do not pre make garments & store them. As and when the order comes in we process, making orders takes upto 5-6 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :
We ship worldwide. Shipping anywhere in the world, apart from India, can cost anywhere between INR 1500 - INR 2500 over and above the order total depending on factors such as weight and location.
Delivery can take up to 10-15 working days or lesser. Allow us to surprise you :) Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. You can directly write to us and place an order : threadology.clothing@gmail.com
Threadology is not responsible for delays, customs or duties. All applicable import and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. These vary in all countries and are determined by your local government.
ORDER CANCELLATION :
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at threadology.clothing@gmail.com
HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS :
While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Further, colors might vary in pictures than actual product.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE :
The photographs on our website are as close a representation of the actual product as it is photographically possible. However, we understand that sometimes something isn't quite right. If that is the case you can inform us within 3 days of receipt of order to the provided address and we'll be happy to exchange your ordered garment, for a different size or anything else you may choose. Please note we do not process refunds and we urge you to refer to the garment measurements before placing the order.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS :
All exchanges must be authorized by us before you send the goods back. After the return request is accepted, please make sure goods reach us within 15 working days. Threadology holds the right to reject any exchange request if the products reach the studio after the stipulated time. The cost of any exchange or return has to be borne by the customer.
We will process your exchange only after we receive the garment that needs to be exchanged. All costs related to shipping and custom duties will be borne by the customer.
The merchandise should not be worn, washed, altered and must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags. Once these conditions are met, the exchange shall be processed within 15 working days of the receipt of goods.
NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES :
The original shipping charges and taxes and duties paid on receipt are non- refundable. The return shipping charges and custom duties/ taxes are to be borne by the customer.
In any case, if Threadology sends you a faulty product/ wrong order, we are responsible for bearing all the costs stated above. For Faulty products please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
CUSTOM ORDERS :
Customised orders cannot be returned. Please contact us with any questions related to sizing. We are happy to help.
Threadology reserves the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
PACKAGING :
A brown envelope with a red round stamp of made in India, by locals, with love. Inside clothes wrapped with butter paper , look for a carousel of hand-written letters of love & thanks. We believe usually it's the packaging that allows the consumer to make the change to sustainability, look out & wait for our packages.
